Jennifer Grogan ITEC, Graduate Northern Institute of Massage BWY. KHYF Teacher
In addition to her yoga qualifications Jennifer a remedial and sports injury massage therapist for many years before she retired to devote more time to her yoga teaching.
Her yoga training was initially as yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. In addition to this she qualified as a Viniyoga practitioner and teacher in 1998. The Practitioner qualification included the use of yoga as a therapeutic tool. She continues her yoga training with personal lessons from Karen Adamson. Her yoga qualifications and experience have been accepted by the KHYF register (The Krishnamacharya healing & yoga foundation) which lists suitably qualified yoga teachers world wide.
She has recently worked within a medical setting with students suffering from eating disorders. She also teaches a group of people who have had cardiac problems. They come to the class having completed the rehabilitation course at Darlington memorial hospital.
