Jennifer Grogan

In 1993 Jennifer qualified as a therapeutic massage therapist with ITEC (The
International Therapy Examination Council). She subsequently gained additional
ITEC qualifications in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian head massage, Remedial
Massage, Electrotherapy and Lymphatic Drainage.
Her remedial massage training was undertaken at the Northern Institute of
massage. The Lymphatic Drainage training was carried out by the Vodder Schule of
Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and is recognised by MLD UK. In 2007 she qualified
as a sports massage therapist adding an extra dimension to her remedial work.
As well as having a busy clinical practice Jennifer has been running Hollytree
School of Holistic Therapy training students to become professional therapists.
At the end of 2007 she will be retiring from the school to concentrate on
her clinical work and yoga teaching.
She trained as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and qualified as a
Viniyoga practitioner in 1998. The Practitioner qualification included the use
of yoga as a therapeutic tool. She continues her yoga training with personal
lessons from Gill Lloyd a student of TKV Desikachar. She has subsequently
been accepted onto the KHYF register (The Krishnamacharya healing & yoga
foundation) which lists suitably qualified yoga teachers world wide.
Michael Grogan
MA CMH, M Hyp, M.I.S.M.A. is a registered
Hyponotherapist and is a Master Practitioner of NLP and DBM (Neurolinguistic
Programming and Developmental Behavioural Modelling). His background is in
special education (EBD). He has conducted a number of successful in-service
training programmes in the area of Behaviour Management and Change for LEA’s,
schools and other professional organizations and institutions in recent years in
addition to his private practice.
