The British Wheel of Yoga (BWY)
is recognised by the sports councils as the Governing Body for yoga in Great
Britain and is the largest yoga organisation in the country. The Wheel has its
own very highly regarded teaching diploma which is recognised by local education
authorities, the health service and many other bodies. It currently has over
7,500 members

International Therapy
Education Council are responsible for the training standards and practice
within the UK and worldwide. Their professional standards are registered
with the DES.

Embody is a multidiscipline professional
association representing practitioners across many therapies from
aromatherapy to zero-balancing. Formed in January 1995, it has a rapidly
expanding membership of 4,200 and is ideally suited for today’s
practitioners who combine a number of discreet therapies in their daily
practice
